Talking w/ parents who don't have special needs kids is so tiring; 80% of the time I'm explaining or educating ... I've had great conversations w/ moms in therapy waiting rooms. Week after week for an hour at a time ... that counts as coffee, right? (Especially since I am usually drinking one!)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2615738387814644598.post-18679541187349353752011-10-13T17:38:16.845-04:002011-10-13T17:38:16.845-04:00Sounds normal to me...except that I'm so caugh...Sounds normal to me...except that I'm so caught up in the day to day stuff around here that I don't force myself to go out. Or, I actually plan to go (as I did yesterday) and have to cancel because of sickness, meltdowns, etc., etc.!

I'm glad you spent time with people who understand.Denisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04920110232443808965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2615738387814644598.post-62031879472988897422011-10-13T15:25:07.796-04:002011-10-13T15:25:07.796-04:00tea makes nauseous.tea makes nauseous.Jim W.http://blogginglily.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2615738387814644598.post-90444365881901275472011-10-13T14:49:45.263-04:002011-10-13T14:49:45.263-04:00Sounds great...and pretty "normal" to me...Sounds great...and pretty "normal" to me...what ever that is...moms talking about their kids...it nice to have people around who 'get' you. The other day a parent at Ben's preschool tried to strike up a conversation, but I was such an exhausted zombie b/c of all the stuff going on with K, that I just couldn't keep up my end. I am sure she thinks I am a freak, but at least my other SN moms would totally get it.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16626621399918066970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2615738387814644598.post-41621781474779814362011-10-13T10:15:07.687-04:002011-10-13T10:15:07.687-04:00Sounds awesome!!!!!
